The Palliative Care ECHO Project is a 5-year national initiative to cultivate communities of practice and establish continuous professional development among health care providers across Canada who care for patients with life-limiting illness.
Unpack the “How’s” of common issues providing a palliative approach to care in rural and underserviced communities and support yourself with current tools and resources in this domain.
Improve patient outcomes
Bring real patient cases to a session, and discuss your barriers to care with the team, and your peers.
